This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-volume, inpatient-based practice with strong procedural diversity, dedicated support, and significant growth potential.

Practice Overview

Advanced procedures are currently performed based on capacity and will expand significantly as the program grows. Physicians with interest in advanced IR will be fully supported.

Volume & Practice Environment

  • High-volume practice: 15-25 IR cases/day

  • No requirement to build referral base; strong existing inpatient demand
  • Clinic infrastructure to be developed upon arrival of new physician

Schedule & Call

  • 40-hour work week (varied daily structure)
  • 100% IR clinical focus
  • No DR call responsibilities
  • No night teleradiology requirement

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary + productivity incentives
  • Targeted at 90th percentile or higher earning potential
  • Sign-on bonus available
  • Relocation assistance included
  • Ramp-up support provided (no aggressive productivity pressure)

Facilities & Support

  • Planned expansion of procedural capacity beginning Fall 2027
  • Fully staffed nursing and technical teams
  • Dedicated APP support for each physician (NP model in place)
  • Standard IR equipment with ability to expand advanced procedural capability

Ideal Candidate

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified (certification required)
  • Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians
  • Procedural versatility welcomed; advanced skills supported but not required
